IMPACT Selling® System License
The contractual agreement between the ANG and The Brooks Group includes a Limited Internal Use Lifetime License of the IMPACT Selling System. This license permits Air National Guard Recruiting and Retention personnel to modify and reproduce all IMPACT Selling System training materials that were customized and built for the ANG, to teach classes at the ANG Recruiter School and to conduct continuation (reinforcement) training sessions at all ANG Recruiting and Retention levels and locations without concern over copyright violations. IMPACT Selling training materials provided by The Brooks Group to the ANG may not be reproduced nor distributed to any civilian or government organizations outside of the ANG without prior approval from The Brooks Group.
Brooks Talent Index Assessment License
ANG Recruiting and Retention has an annual internal use renewable license agreement with The Brooks Group to receive unlimited online access and scoring for Brooks Talent Index Assessments and the Military Recruiting Skills Index (MRSI). People assigned to ANG Recruiting and Retention (military and civilian employees) and candidates for positions within ANG Recruiting and Retention are eligible to complete both assessment tools. ANG Recruiting and Retention supervisors are also authorized to offer the Brooks Talent Index Assessment to ANG personnel in their assigned organizations who interact with Recruiting and Retention personnel on a regular basis.
